Thank you for your interest in Frenchtown Inn! We are a private lake side retreat in the Sierra Foothills located on 100 acres of rural countryside with and expansive 5 bedroom estate and boutique winery. We are currently upgrading the venue to include use of an indoor wine bar with bistro lighting inside of the Mission Style winery. These projects will be completed by the spring of 2023 in time for the North Sierra Wine Trail in late April. We would love to show you around in person.

Frenchtown Inn includes use Thursday or Friday night for the rehersal (based on availablity). Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for the wedding (outside music must be off by 9:30 pm), clean up must be completed by midnight unless "day after" if purchased. It includes use of or wooden X-back chairs and round tables for guests, choice of alters, bisto lighting, and umbrellas. We also have décor and accessories such as candles, votives, lanterns, chargers, signs, and easels you may rent for an additional cost. Access to the décor is $300.

With five bedrooms and outdoor access, there is ample space in the main estate for the bridal party. In addition, there are groom quarters upstairs of the winery

We require a Wedding Planner for Day-Of-Coordination at minimum to have your day run smoothly. We can recommend one if needed. At this time you are welcome to use any licensed vendors you choose with proof of insurance. Caterers must be full service (can not drop off and leave). There is kitchen access for catering. But, to be honest, we have some of the best chefs right here!

The price for up to 125 attendees (including bridal party) is $4,500 for Saturday, $3,800 for Friday or Sunday. We also require an insurance binder policy, a cleaning fee of $250 for the residence, and rental of portable restroom facilites. Alcohol is permitted so long as it is served by a licensed bartender. As the venue only allows for about 75 vehicles, additional guests over 125 will have to arrange offsight parking. Add $25 for each guest over 125. We can accomodate up to 250 guests. If you would like overnight accomodations at the Frenchtown Inn for Friday and Saturday nights you can add that for an additional $1,400. There is a two night minimum, sleeps 15. There are various Airbnb's in the area for guests to stay should additional accomodations be needed.

A deposit of $1,000 is needed to reserve your date, with payments due at 4 months, 2 months, and 10 days prior to the event.

We have add on's available, should you choose to just show up and celebrate, or not to have to clean up afterward. We have styling/design packages that begin at $1,750 and includes all of the décor and accessories. Full service set up is $1,500. Full service break down and clean up is $1,000. If you decide you would like the "day after" to clean up (or remove all items) it may be added for $500. At this time the Inn is available for Save-The-Date and engagement sesions exclusively to couples who have booked the property free of charge.
