FARM TO FORK DINNERS

Another "farm to fork" Spring Lamb dinner at Frenchtown Inn. This year's theme was Greek Easter complete with an amazing Greek musician Giorgos Tsirigotis. The spring lamb was roasted in the wood ovens at Artisan Lavinia bakery with roasted potatoes and lots of garlic, lemon, and herbs. Chef Joe was, once again, on duty as the chef. With an assortment of wines including local wines from Clos Saron and a Greek wine. Homemade Baklava finished the meal. The lake was full from all the rain this year.
