June 3, 2023 - Yes Charter Academy Fundraiser. This dinner was offered to financially assist students attending the science-orientated Shady Creek Outdoor School. Chef Paul Ladeira prepared the dinner with Richards Grass Beef and wines by Frenchtown Farms.
May 7, 2023 - Farm to Fork Dinner. Another "farm to fork" Spring Lamb dinner at Frenchtown Inn. This year's theme was Greek Easter complete with an amazing Greek musician Giorgos Tsirigotis. The spring lamb was roasted in the wood ovens at Artisan Lavinia bakery with roasted potatoes and lots of garlic, lemon, and herbs. Chef Joe was, once again, on duty as the chef. With an assortment of wines including local wines from Clos Saron and a Greek wine. Homemade Baklava finished the meal. The lake was full from all the rain this year.
October 15, 2022. A Greek Evening - Farm to Fork Dinner. Giorgos and Xenia Tsirigotis offer a warm Greek experience from 5:00 - 8:00. You may have tasted Xenia’s Greek dishes at the Food & Water Festival, and many of you have heard Giorgos in concert in Oregon House or Marysville. They will share their culture and invite you to join in.
