You will be asked to provide the animal's Veterinary Health Form and/or an immunization record or other proof that the animal's vaccinations are current within one year of your intended stay 24 hours in advance. Proof of vaccination will need an accompanying true and accurate photograph of the animal for visual verification. Your service animal will have to be on a leash at all times. You will also need to provide a kennel for your animal. If you do not have a kennel, one can be provided for an extra fee. Please note there are fines and penalties for misrepresenting a canine as a service animal.
